First impressions are so important. So imagine my surprise when a few hours after I place my order, I receive a video message from the owner of the company. I realize it’s possible because it’s not some huge chain, and that might change when the company grows. However, I felt it was awesome that he took such interest that I made a purchase. Please, don’t ever lose that if possible. That told me you’re trying to do an amazing job and was greatly appreciated.
I finally received my beanie yesterday and was elated that it finally arrived. My first impression was the quality. The material was super soft and the stitching seems to have been done very well. The moment of truth was finally here when I went to try it on. I barely had to stretch it out to get it on, but it was snug enough while wearing it so as to not cause any concern it might fall off because it was too large. The best part was how warm it was and that it covered my ears entirely. I truly struggle with the cold weather, so living in Minnesota is difficult for me. I’m so grateful I received it in time for colder weather. Tomorrow it’s only going to be 6 degrees during the day and it will be -9 degrees by the time I get off work and start driving home in frigid temperatures. I’m not even worried about the weather now.

There’s no doubt I’ll be getting a few more colors so I will have other options to go with my other winter clothes. Keep up the great work!
