My name is Taylor and I have a large head.
I was tired of buying snapbacks that didn't fit properly and looked stretched out on my head.
So I decided to design snapback hats that fit big heads like they should.
They not only fit but they look and feel excellent.
It took me countless hours designing, rigorously testing samples and over 30 factories over 2 years to get to the hats you can purchase today.

How do I know your hats will fit my head?
Measure your head about a half-inch above your eyebrows with a flexible tape measure.
If your head circumference is above 24 ¼" (Your hat size is 7 ¾"), they'll fit you well.

Are your hats deep enough for my head?
Our hats are deep enough so they don't sit on top of your head or push down on your ears. We thought of everything when designing our hats for big heads.
Are your hats durable?
Every single one of our hats is made with the highest quality materials that are durable and comfortable. Some customers have had their hats for years.
How do I clean my hats?
We recommend using a white cloth with warm soapy water. Spot clean it using the cloth on the tip of your finger.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
If you’re not happy with this product, we'll give you a prepaid label (US orders only) and you can send it back for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

What's the return policy?
We do accept returns in respect to the following conditions:
The item must have been sold on our online store
The item shouldn't have been used in any way
The return or exchange request is made within 30 days of delivery

We do accept exchanges and they follow the same conditions as returns.
In order to ask for an exchange, please mention that you would like your item to be exchanged with another item when preparing your return with our support.
How long does it take to ship my order?
All our hats are shipped from our US based warehouse within 1 business day of purchase.
How do I track my package?
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.
Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm you the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it).
Additionally, you can track the status of your order from your "order history" section on your account page on the website.
Where do you ship?
We currently only ship in the United States and Canada but are willing to make exceptions from time to time.
