Simply Amazing
First impressions are so important. So imagine my surprise when a few hours after I place my order, I receive a video message from the owner of the company. I realize it’s possible because it’s not some huge chain, and that might change when the company grows. However, I felt it was awesome that he took such interest that I made a purchase. Please, don’t ever lose that if possible. That told me you’re trying to do an amazing job and was greatly appreciated. I finally received my beanie yesterday and was elated that it finally arrived. My first impression was the quality. The material was super soft and the stitching seems to have been done very well. The moment of truth was finally here when I went to try it on. I barely had to stretch it out to get it on, but it was snug enough while wearing it so as to not cause any concern it might fall off because it was too large. The best part was how warm it was and that it covered my ears entirely. I truly struggle with the cold weather, so living in Minnesota is difficult for me. I’m so grateful I received it in time for colder weather. Tomorrow it’s only going to be 6 degrees during the day and it will be -9 degrees by the time I get off work and start driving home in frigid temperatures. I’m not even worried about the weather now. Thank you so much for an amazing product and more importantly for the incredible customer service. There’s no doubt I’ll be getting a few more colors so I will have other options to go with my other winter clothes. Keep up the great work! Oh, my head is 8” in circumference too so you have some reference.
The product has minor damage.
I purchased this for my husband as a gift, and he absolutely loves it! It's incredibly soft and cozy, keeping his head warm. The only downside was a little bit of damage upon arrival, but I didn't have time to exchange it since he needed to travel right away. Despite that, I highly recommend this product!

My big head is happy!
I've bought two beanies and one patch from Mammoth. I am so happy with my purchases. I bought one before winter hit, and was hesitant at the thought of buying a $50 beanie. Loved it so much I ordered another just last week. I'm in Minnesota, and these beanies are very warm!!! Anyone with a big noggin should get one.

Our hats are deep enough so they don't sit on top of your head or push down on your ears. We thought of everything when designing our hats for big heads.

We recommend using a white cloth with warm soapy water. Spot clean it using the cloth on the tip of your finger.
