Perfect fit, great feel, moisture wicking. I work in EMS and my hats often get beaten like Tina Turner. They’re constantly exposed to the elements, sweat and dirt. So far this one is holding strong without any decrease in the quality. First hat I can say that about. If this pattern sticks I won’t be buying any other brand.

This is an amazing hat! First, I usually wear an 8 so finding a snap-back or adjustable ball cap that fits is impossible. This one fits perfectly without the adjustable strap being too cinched in or way too stretched out. Also, the material is light and breathable so it keeps my head cool. The construction is high quality and should hold up well under any conditions. Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase!!

Our hats are deep enough so they don't sit on top of your head or push down on your ears. We thought of everything when designing our hats for big heads.

We recommend using a white cloth with warm soapy water. Spot clean it using the cloth on the tip of your finger.

If you’re not happy with your hats, we'll give you a prepaid label (US orders only) and you can send it back for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

We do accept returns in respect to the following conditions:
- The item must have been sold on our online store
- The item shouldn't have been used in any way
- The return or exchange request is made within 30 days of delivery
